We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Lead Move Organizer to oversee our concierge moves and ensure a flawless, high-end experience for our clients.
Position Overview:
Order & Co. provides a white-glove, stress-free moving experience for discerning clients who expect nothing less than excellence. From decluttering and meticulously packing belongings to fully unpacking and setting up the new home, we handle every detail with precision and care. As the Lead Move Organizer for Order & Co.’s Concierge Move Services, you will manage every aspect of our luxury, all-inclusive move services. From initial consultations with Meghan to the final reveal of a move-in-ready home, you will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of seamless transitions for our clients. You’ll lead a team of assistants and work closely with clients to provide a personalized and comprehensive moving experience, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the concierge moving process, including pre-move planning, personalized packing, logistics coordination and full-service unpacking and setup in the new home.
Provide in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, lifestyle preferences, and desired outcomes for their move.
Design and implement customized moving plans that prioritize convenience and ease for the client, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and precision.
Oversee the organization, careful packing, and labeling of all client belongings, ensuring items are packed safely and logically for easy unpacking and set up.
Manage the full unpacking process in the new space, arranging items to match the client's preferences, including organizing kitchens, closets, and personal spaces to be move-in ready.
Ensure homes are presented in pristine condition upon completion, providing a turnkey service where clients walk into a fully functional, beautifully arranged home.
Collaborate with third-party service providers (moving companies, cleaners, etc.) to coordinate the logistical aspects of the move, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience for clients.
Lead a team of organizing assistants, providing direction and oversight to ensure the move is executed with efficiency and professionalism.
Conduct final walk-throughs to ensure no detail has been overlooked, addressing any last-minute client requests or adjustments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in professional organizing, luxury move management, or related fields, particularly working with high-end clientele.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Strong leadership and team management abilities; able to inspire and direct a team to meet the meticulous standards expected in a luxury, concierge-level service.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of building rapport with clients and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor in high-stakes situations.
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills; able to create order from chaos and deliver a flawless final result.
Proficiency with digital tools, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and experience managing schedules and coordinating logistics.
Physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods while packing, moving, and setting up spaces.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various client locations within Jacksonville metro areas, including Duval, St. Johns, and parts of Clay and Nassau counties.
Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, typically ranging from 8-30 hours per week
Must adhere to Order & Co.'s high standards of service, ethics, and professionalism.
Basic proficiency with smartphones and digital tools for communication and scheduling.
