We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Staging Lead to join our team and help bring our clients' spaces to life.

Position Overview:
As a Staging Lead at Order & Co., you will be responsible for managing and executing staging projects to prepare homes for sale or to enhance their overall aesthetic appeal. This role requires a strong sense of style, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create beautiful, market-ready spaces that align with our clients’ goals. You will lead a team of assistants, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with clients and other professionals to deliver exceptional staging results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany Meghan to Staging Consults for detailed note taking, picture taking and complete staging checklist for sellers and realtors 

  • Plan, design, and execute staging projects for homes, ensuring spaces are visually appealing and market-ready.

  • Assess client spaces to determine staging needs and develop customized staging plans that maximize the home's potential.

  • Select and arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories to highlight each space’s unique features and create a cohesive, inviting look.

  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of staging installations, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

  • Manage a team of assistants, delegating tasks and providing direction to ensure a smooth and successful staging process.

  • Source and coordinate the rental or purchase of staging items and manage inventory.

  • Take high-quality photos and videos of staged spaces for marketing and client engagement purposes.

  • Maintain and organize staging supplies and inventory to ensure items are readily available and in excellent condition.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interior design and staging skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangement.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities; able to motivate and guide assistants to deliver high-quality results.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with clients, real estate agents, and team members.

  • Physically capable of lifting 20-35 lbs. regularly and working on your feet, including lifting, bending, and moving, for extended periods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or related fields.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain professionalism in varying environments.

  • Must have your own transportation. 

  • Flexible availability, with hours ranging from 8 to 30 per week, typically between 8:30 am a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays. Some Staging Consults happen in the evenings. 

  • Must adhere to Order & Co.'s high standards of service, ethics, and professionalism.

  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and digital tools for communication and scheduling.
